What we collect

At a live event, guests may enter their own email address or mobile phone number on our photo gallery page to receive their photos. We collect only what you enter, plus the event photos themselves.

How we use it

Your email or phone number is used for one purpose: to send you a link to your event photos. We use it to deliver the message you requested and for nothing else.

SMS / text messaging

By entering your mobile number and tapping Send, you consent to receive a one-time text message containing a link to your photos from The Instant Studio.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency is limited to the photos you request.
Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help.
Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

What we never do

We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or email with anyone.
We do not send marketing or promotional texts.
Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties.

Retention

Event galleries are available for a limited time and are then erased. Contact details entered for delivery are used only to send your photos and are not retained for marketing.
